Most of the checks are for Zendesk Support, but we expand to cover Chat, Explore and Talk.
What access do you have to our Zendesk data?
We only access the general settings and admin assets in your Zendesk and do not need any ticket data.
How do you automate the checking process?
We use official APIs of different Zendesk products to access and manage settings.
Do you support access to the dashboard for multiple users?
Not yet. For now, you can register one account and share the access with your colleagues.
Can Health Check be used to validate multiple Zendesk accounts?
